Project Mystery Report

Hello class, this project is in teams, these are the teams:

1. Nancy and Alexia
2. Kyara and Sofia
3. Victor, Ricardo and Axel.

You will have to write a report telling the rest of the class about a mystery or an unusual event. It could be about any mystery or unusual event, you´ll have to decide as a group. Your team will have to paste the report in a cardboard and add pictures about the event.

This is due on Thursday, May 22nd.

Hello class! Hope you are having a wonderful spring break! Just to remind you guys to study for your bimonthly exam. Remember this is what you have to study, I know you already have the study guide in your notebooks but just in case you are missing somenthing:

Castaway review

Hello class, please answer these questions on your notebook based on the movie Castaway.

1. If you were in Kelly Frears´ (Helen Hunt) situation, What would you do? Would you wait for your fiancé to come back even though they have told you that he/she is dead or would you continue on with your life? Do you agree with the decision she made?

2. If you were in Chuck Noland´s (Tom Hanks) situation, What would you do if you found out that the love of your life has already married someone else and has started a family? Would you walk away or would you fight for him/her? Do you agree with the decision he made?

3. What are some objects that you have right now that you take for granted, that in a situation like this you would regret not giving it its correct value?

These questions are to be turned in tomorrow April 4th.

Superstitions

Hello class, please remember to finish writing your new words with the letters used in the word SUPERSTITION. Remeber that they should be written in cursive and you can only use the number of letters there is on the word.
Ask or think of a superstition your family or you have.

St. Valentine´s day Activity Teaching

Hello class, your homework for tomorrow is to look for a St. Valentine´s day activity that you will like to teach the class. Remember to bring your material for the whole class, you will have 10-15 minutes each to teach your activity. All the instructions must be in English.

Hello class, please study the modal verbs from unit 3 from your Student´s book. (When to use: must, can´t, could, may, might, have/has to, don´t/doesn´t have to,should/ought to, shouldn´t, had better)

Save energy poster project

Hello class, please remember that your midterm exam will be changed to a project. It will be a poster about how we can save energy, water, the 3 Rs etc... It´s your option what topic you want to use. This is due on Tuesday, February 11th. Remember that I will grade:
-Creativity
-Color
-Sentence structure
-Spelling
-Size (the amount of information)
